Orders are print on demand through Printful so it can take 2-7 business days to create.
The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.
Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it’s delivered to the end address
Return & Refunds Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Sorry, but we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse as these are print on demand products. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please contact email@example.com to initiate any returns.
If the wrong address is provided or considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer.
